As we are owners of holiday homes on Thesen Islands, we fully appreciate the commitments we make to both owners and guests. We require luxury holiday homes throughout the Garden Route (from George to Nature’s Valley) to satisfy increasing demand from discerning travellers, local and international.



What You Need:

• A quality holiday home in a preferred location- great views, close to the sea or lagoon, etc, preferably with king beds accommodating 6-10 guests
• Quality bedding i.e. cotton percale sheets, duvets , good quality towels, and adequate good quality cutlery & crockery
• All the necessary home appliances- microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
• Entertainment facilities – DSTV, DVD player, barbeque, outside dining, bicycles etc
• Availability of your home to guests at peak periods such as Easter, Oyster festival and Christmas/New Year

What We Do:

• Conclude with you a Rental Management contract specifying all the detail of our business relationship
• Load your property onto our website based on the required information, and your quality pictures (we can advise on photographers etc)
• Market your home intensively, screening potential guests as much as possible
• Facilitate bookings, secure deposits and final payments
• Pre-stay house cleanin, airing, and preparation (for Owners cost - R385)
• On-Site guest “Meet & Greet” and hosting during their stay
• Key collection, post-stay full house & appliances clean, outdoor furniture "pack away", on site laundering of linen & towels(for guest account(495 - 600 dep on size of party))
• Payment to you of pre-agreed rental fee, less our commission of 20%
